In January of 2005, Razoola, a well known member of the neogeo community at www.neo-geo.com made a landmark post. He had been working on a Capcom CPS2 rom decryption and preservation project with someone from Asia named Xacrow. The subject of NEOGEO protos had come up during the process and Xacrow had provided some screenshots on his web page. Thankfully, Razoola immediately mirrored this from Xacrow's web page and placed it up on his own as a back up.

In addition to us having yet another great discovery of never before seen screen shots of NEOGEO proto games, (emulated as well), there was also a very interesting text file which contained a special list of unreleased games. It would come to be known as the "NEOGEO unreleased title list". Here below, I have archived exactly what was posted.
