SPOTLIGHT ON:

THIS NEOGEO DEVELOPER MADE 3 GAMES

GAME 1: (NGM-082) - DOUBLE DRAGON

It should be no surprise that the first Technos project for the NEOGEO was based on their most popular game series. But while the Double Dragon series was a side scrolling brawler, this iteration of the game was a one on one fighter. Of course, this was the popular and successful genre at the arcades during this time, so it makes perfect sense. Released for both MVS and HOME cartridge.

GAME 2: (NGM-094) - VOLTAGE FIGHTER / GOWCAIZER

And yet another versus fighter would be the second NEOGEO title from TECHNOS. Previous working titles for this game were High Voltage 12+1 and Death Match. Released for both MVS and HOME cartridge format.

GAME 3: (NGM-208) - SUPER DODGE BALL

The third and final title from TECHNOS was also based on another one of their popular franchises, the extreme sports game series of Dodge Ball. Originally released as a JAMMA board in 1987 and then later ported to the NES and PC Engine (Turbografx 16) in 1990 along with some sequels for the Gameboy and Super Famicom (SNES) in 1993. This cartridge was manufactured in small numbers and it was an MVS exclusive. Furthermore, it would be the last game released by TECHNOS as they went bankrupt afterwards.

TECHNOS developed 3 games for the NEOGEO and released 3.
