Although released by EVOGA, Noise Factory did work on this title.

Originally intended as a sequel to NEOGEO's 1995 Double Dragon, but they were unable to secure the rights. However, several characters from the Double Dragon franchise did make it into the game.

GAME 3: (NGM-266) - MATRIMELEE / POWER INSTINCT 5

Technically this is game number 5 in the Power Instinct series by ATLUS. It also features some of the Double Dragon characters from the previous Noise Factory fighting game, Rage of the Dragons.

ATLUS would therefore technically count as an official NEOGEO developer.

NOISE FACTORY developed and released games for the NEOGEO.
